Do you stamp or seal drawings? No. We produce the drafting. Where a jurisdiction requires sealed drawings, they are reviewed and stamped by your licensed architect or engineer of record.
Can you produce elevations only? Yes. Exterior and interior elevation drawings can be ordered on their own, for example for design review, pricing or marketing.
Which formats do you deliver? PDF for review and DWG or DXF for your CAD workflow. Native 3D models can be shared for rendering or coordination.
Can I get renderings from the same drawings? Yes. Once the drawings are approved, the model can be used for architectural rendering, so drawings and visuals match.
