Everything you need to know
Common questions from developers, architects, and brand teams about working with Rendimension.
Pricing & Process
How much does a 3D rendering project cost?
Full visualization packages are typically scoped from around $5,000 and scale based on the number of views, level of detail, interiors, site visuals, animation, and presentation needs. Use the instant estimator for a project-specific estimate.
How long does it take to complete a 3D rendering project?
Project timelines depend on scope, number of views, level of detail, and revision requirements. Single-view projects move faster than multi-view packages with interior and exterior components. Contact the team with your plans and deadline to receive a timeline specific to your project.
Can I request revisions after the initial design is delivered?
Yes. We include revision rounds in every project. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we work iteratively until the design matches your vision exactly.
What information do you need to start a project?
Architectural plans (CAD, PDF, or sketches), materials list or finish references, project context (purpose, audience, deadline), and any inspiration imagery. We can work with whatever you have, including napkin sketches.
Deliverables & Formats
What file formats do you provide for the final renders?
We deliver in JPG, PNG, FBX, OBJ, STL, MP4 (animations), and MOV based on your needs. We also provide print-resolution files for marketing materials.
Can I use the renders for marketing, presentations, and social media?
Yes. All deliverables include full usage rights for your project: investor pitches, sales materials, social media, websites, brochures, permit submissions, and more.
Do you provide source files (3D models)?
Source files (3ds Max, Blender) are available as an add-on. Most clients only need the rendered output, but if you need source files for future iterations, we can include them.
Services
Do you offer VR training simulations?
Yes. We create immersive Virtual Reality experiences for training, presentations, virtual tours, and architectural walkthroughs. Compatible with Oculus, HTC Vive, and web-based VR.
Do you do 3D animations and walkthroughs?
Yes. We produce cinematic 3D walkthroughs, aerial flythroughs, and product animations for real estate marketing, investor presentations, and brand campaigns.
Can you help with permit approvals and HOA submissions?
Yes. We produce approval-grade renders used for permit submissions, historic preservation boards, HOA approvals, and zoning hearings. Our renders meet the technical accuracy required by US municipalities.
