Redline-to-CAD conversion: Field redlines, construction markups, and handwritten notes converted into clean, layered CAD drawings that match your existing drawing standards and layer conventions.

Permit drawings: Drawing sets formatted for right-of-way, pole attachment, and municipal permit submission requirements, produced from the engineering package and jurisdictional checklist provided for the project.

Construction drawings: Plan and profile drawings, route sheets, and staking sheets used by construction crews in the field, produced to match the format your construction team already works from.

As-built documentation: Post-construction drawings updated from field markups and redlines to reflect what was actually installed, for aerial and underground fiber routes.

GIS fiber mapping: Fiber route and asset data delivered in the GIS format your project requires (for example KMZ/KML or shapefile), when source data and target schema are provided.

Deliverables are produced in AutoCAD (DWG/DXF, PDF) and GIS (KMZ/KML, shapefile). Layer standards, title blocks, coordinate system, and GIS schema are agreed before drafting begins.

QA/QC review: Deliverables are checked against the source data and the defined scope for completeness and consistency before delivery.

Delivery: Files delivered in the agreed format. Turnaround is scoped per project based on route length, sheet count, and completeness of source data; we do not quote a fixed turnaround without seeing the scope.

Is Rendimension a licensed engineering firm? No. Rendimension provides OSP fiber design and drafting production support: CAD, GIS, and documentation. We are not a Professional Engineering (PE) firm and do not stamp drawings. Any deliverable that requires a PE stamp or a licensed field engineer stays with your licensed engineer of record; we produce the drafting and documentation that supports that process.

What is the difference between OSP engineering and OSP drafting support? Deliverables are produced from the data, plans, or field notes provided by your team; we do not perform field survey or pole loading analysis ourselves unless that scope is explicitly defined and verified in advance.

What file formats and software do you deliver in? We work in AutoCAD and GIS. Drawing sets are delivered as DWG/DXF and PDF. GIS deliverables are delivered as KMZ/KML or shapefile in your target schema. Layer standards, title blocks, and coordinate system are agreed before drafting begins.

Do you provide services outside Texas? Yes. Drafting, CAD, and GIS documentation are delivered remotely and are not limited by project location. We are based in San Antonio, Texas, previously produced fiber drafting for a Broward County, Florida deployment, and take projects nationwide.
