What does not move the price much
Room count inside a plan matters less than people expect. A four bedroom and a two bedroom of similar area are close in production terms.
Camera angle and color treatment do not change the price once a style is set. The first drawing in a new style carries the setup; the rest are cheaper.
Turnaround does move price, but only past a point. A normal schedule is priced normally. A schedule that requires displacing other work is priced as what it is.
