Through custom-built furniture, strategic layouts, and a refined material palette, each 400 sq. ft. unit offers a seamless fusion of functionality and aesthetics. Thoughtfully curated textures, lighting, and spatial flow transform these homes into sophisticated retreats, with a construction cost of $140,000 per unit.

RV Resort & Cabin Renovation: East End Cottages Revitalizing Upstate New York Hospitality Located in the scenic landscapes of Upstate New York, East End Cottages required a vision to transform a traditional RV park into a modern mixed-use resort. Rendimension was commissioned to visualize the integration of new luxury cabins and upgraded amenities alongside existing RV infrastructure. Our goal was to showcase the potential for year-round revenue and an elevated guest experience.

Rendering for Upstate NY requires mastering the environment. The challenge was to depict the cabins nestled naturally within the mature forestry without making the site look overgrown or dark.

Material Warmth: We focused on the texture of the wood siding and stone foundations, ensuring the new structures felt "native" to the region rather than like foreign objects dropped on a campground.

Amenity Integration: We visualized the communal fire pits and clubhouse areas to demonstrate how the renovation would facilitate social interaction, a key selling point for the modern "Glamping" demographic.
