This project involved transforming an old commercial building in Atlanta into a modern, open-concept workspace. The client needed a clear visual representation to evaluate the potential of the redesign. Rendimension was commissioned to create a comprehensive suite of 3D renderings that would serve as the backbone of the leasing campaign. Our visual goal was to communicate connectivity, modern amenities, and the vibrancy of the plaza to potential anchor tenants.
Rendering large-scale mixed-use developments carries the risk of looking sterile or empty. To sell the vision, we had to populate the scenes with realistic "entourage" (3D people and vehicles) that reflect the target demographic without distracting from the architecture.
Glass Curtain Walls: We perfected the reflection and refraction settings on the exterior glazing to showcase the environment while hinting at the interior office activity.
Day & Night Cycles: We produced dual lighting scenarios to show the building's daytime corporate presence and its evening allure as a dining destination.
