Hospitality Visualization: Brick Ivy Lounge, Miami Design District

Visualizing Nightlife in the Capital of Style

Located in the heart of the Miami Design District, Brick Ivy Lounge needed a visual identity that could stand alongside neighbors like Louis Vuitton and Gucci. Rendimension was tasked with visualizing a nightlife concept that blends industrial chic (exposed brick) with tropical luxury (ivy). Our renders captured the exclusive, speakeasy atmosphere required to attract Miami’s discerning social elite.

The Challenge: Low-Light & Mood

Rendering a dark, moody bar is technically more difficult than a bright office. The challenge was to create a "sexy" atmosphere without losing detail in the shadows. We had to carefully calibrate the artificial lighting to highlight the textures—the roughness of the brick, the sheen of the brass bar top, and the softness of the velvet seating.

  • Textural Contrast: We focused on the interplay between the organic "Ivy" elements and the industrial "Brick," ensuring the vegetation looked lush and alive even under dim cocktail lighting.
  • Glass & Liquids: Special attention was given to the back-bar bottles and glassware, using advanced refraction settings to make them sparkle and act as the focal point of the room.

Securing Investors & Buzz

In Miami's hospitality scene, "hype" is essential. These photorealistic visuals were used in the investor pitch deck to secure funding and later on social media to generate anticipation before the doors even opened, effectively establishing the brand's aesthetic value early in the process.
